I created Educators Empowered because I know firsthand how challenging the early childhood field can be — balancing passion for children with the realities of training requirements, leadership demands, and limited support.
After years of working in early learning classrooms and leadership roles, I saw a gap: educators needed practical, structured guidance that actually helped them grow — not just check boxes for compliance.
Educators Empowered was built to change that. Our programs are designed to support educators at every stage of their journey — from earning their CDA to stepping into leadership and building stronger programs.
My mission is simple: empower educators, strengthen programs, and elevate the future of early learning.
